I would like to purchase an electronic pass for two or more children without taking advantage of the “I travel as a family” discount, is it possible?
It is possible to purchase the subscription for several children in a single solution from the web portal. However, each digital subscription (to be saved on the smartphone) must be associated with a card and requires its own Arriva MyPay account associated with each device (1 phone, 1 account, 1 subscription).
I would like to purchase the two-child season ticket, but I am unable to purchase the reduced season ticket, what should I do?
At the moment we do not manage the purchase of reduced season tickets through the web portal and it is therefore necessary to contact our counter directly with the necessary documentation.

Purchase at the ticket office
It is possible to purchase the season ticket at the ticket office at the cost of € 10.00 compared to the online purchase.
The Cremona student annual subscritpion desk in Piazza delle Tranvie is open from 27 August to 15 September at the following times, with reservations required:
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 12.30 and 13.30 – 17.30
Wednesday 10.30 – 19.30
Saturday 9.00 – 13.00

If you want to purchase or renew the annual student pass online with the shipment of the physical card, at the time of purchase select the “Subscription in CARD format shipped home”.
In any case, it is always possible to upload the subscription purchased on the portal to the Arriva MyPay app by entering the assigned card number on the app.
