Arriva Italia travel tickets can be purchased at ticket offices and authorized resellers; the list is available at this link.

In compliance with the Prime Ministerial Decree of April 26, 2020 and all subsequent developments, the on-board sales activity is suspended to protect the staff traveling and the passengers themselves and in compliance with the protocols for containing the spread of Covid-19.

Travel tickets subject to validation (single journey, multi-journey booklet, weekly passes) must be validated as soon as you enter the bus; in case of malfunction of the validator, the traveler is required to immediately notify the driver by presenting the travel document.

With the exception of annual passes, all other types of passes are valid only if combined with a personal ID card, the number of which must always be correctly entered on the subscription itself.

Travelers in possession of season tickets or Regional Transport Cards issued by the Regions or documents of free circulation, upon boarding the bus, must show the driver the travel document.

Travelers are required to show the travel document at each check carried out by the staff. If you are not in possession of the document or if the latter is irregular, you will be fined a  penalty determined in accordance with the current provisions of the law.

This sanction is also applied in the event that the passenger is unable to show, at the same time as the season ticket, their identification card and / or when the card number has not been, as expected, reported in the season ticket.

The company reserves the right to take any legal action against travelers in possession of altered or inauthentic travel documents.

Travelers with IVOP / IVOL cards must keep the receipt (or a photocopy) of the receipt or top-up made, for any visual checks.

All travel documents also are fiscal receipt and therefore must be kept intact for the entire duration of the trip, at the descent and in the immediate vicinity, in order to allow any fiscal check. These checks can be carried out both on board the vehicle and in the immediate vicinity of the stop locations.

All season tickets, with the exception of annuals, must be accompanied by the ID card issued, after completing an application form available at retail outlets.

At the time of purchase, the resale will clearly indicate the number of the identification card and the period of validity on the subscription coupon.

The identification card is valid for 5 years and is issued by the operator, upon payment of an amount of € 6.50 to partially cover the issue costs.

One Way Travel Ticket

The single journey ticket entitles you to make only one journey for the relationship corresponding to the type of fare / zone purchased, regardless of the number of lines / carriers used; it is valid from the moment it is validated on board the bus; the journey must be continuous and in the case of transhipments, the user must use the first available connection, otherwise the validity will be forfeited.

Urban: the ticket must be validated as soon as you get into the car, by the special validator and must be kept for the entire trip. It is not transferable after validation. The ticket is valid for 90 minutes and 180 minutes for over 70s (upon presentation of an identity document). On holidays, it allows you to travel all day on the urban network. It is possible to buy the single ticket on board the bus, with a surcharge.

Ticket on board

Urban: on board the ticket is issued with a surcharge equal to the minimum fare value.

On board ticket: The ticket must be validated each time it is used. On board, the ticket is issued with a surcharge equal to the minimum fare value.

Other tickets

The ticket must be validated on first use and is valid from the moment of validation until midnight of the same day.

The carnet is valid for three consecutive months from the day of validation of the first trip; after this deadline it loses its validity.

Extra-urban

The ticket must be validated each time it is used.

Urban

The 10-trip booklet allows the use of ten trips of 75 minutes and can be used by several people at the same time for the same trip, by making a validation for each user.

Travel pass

The passes are personal, non-transferable and give the right to make an unlimited number of trips without time limitations. Subscriptions must bear the identification card number in the space provided on the subscription coupon. The season ticket must be validated on the first trip and can be used by the holder only if accompanied by the identification card issued by the company.

Urban passes

The weekly pass allows the use of an unlimited number of trips from Monday to Sunday, limited to the week of validation. It must be accompanied by an identification card, the number of which must be shown on the subscription by the resale.

The monthly pass allows the use of an unlimited number of trips from the first to the last day of the validation month, without limitations on days and times. It must be accompanied by an identification card, the number of which must be written on the subscription by the subscriber.

The annual student pass allows the use of an unlimited number of trips, without limitations of days and times; it is valid for twelve months, from 1 September to 31 August of the following year.

The 360 annual subscription allows the use of an unlimited number of trips, without limitations of days and times. The subscription is valid for twelve consecutive months from the date of issue indicated on the title page of the document.

It can be issued at any time of the year and must be accompanied by an identification card, the number of which must be shown on the subscription by the resale.

The quarterly subscription offers the same features as the monthly subscription, except for the quarterly validity. It is issued to workers whose jobs are located in the Municipality of Cremona. It must be accompanied by an identification card, the number of which must be written on the subscription by the subscriber.

The 90 silver quarterly subscription offers the same features as the monthly subscription, except for the quarterly validity. It is issued to people over 65. It must be accompanied by an identification card, the number of which must be shown on the subscription by the resale.

Interurban subscription

The weekly pass is valid for 7 days from Monday to Sunday, for an unlimited number of trips on all days of the week including holidays on the route indicated on the identification card.

The monthly pass is valid for one calendar month, from the first to the last day of the month, for an unlimited number of trips on all days of the week including holidays on the route indicated on the identification card.

The annual pass is valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of issue, for an unlimited number of trips on all days of the week on the route indicated on the identification card.

The annual student pass is valid for 12 consecutive months, from 01/09 to 31/08 of the following year, for an unlimited number of trips every day of the week on the route indicated on the pass.
