Passengers with reduced mobility are informed that in order to ensure the presence of the platform it is necessary to book the ride. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

To ensure the safety of our customers, the access of passengers with wheelchair on all equipped vehicles of Arriva must be in compliance with the following size and weight limits: width 75 cm, length 120 cm, height 109 cm and maximum weight of 200 kg, however, being considered Arriva relieved of any responsibility in case of boarding with prams not complying with the above limits.

People in wheelchairs can use buses. Remember, in order to provide a better service, to fill out the dedicated form within 24 working hours before the scheduled departure.
I am a blind man and my guide dog is large, can I use the bus?
Yes, guide dogs are allowed on board buses and can travel free of charge unless the blind person is accompanied by a guide who is entitled to travel free of charge.
