Download the New MyPay App Arriva
Thanks to the revamped Arriva MyPay app, you can create/retrieve your card, purchase your tickets and carry them with you on your smartphone at all times.
With your digitized card you can make your season ticket purchase at one of Arriva Italy’s authorized retail outlets, or directly in the app using one of the following payment methods:
- Electronic purse
- VISA / MASTERCARD Credit Card
- Paypal for purchases over €50
- Satispay
- Postepay
- Mooney
To use your subscription you will need to download the App and download the subscription in the “my titles” section provided, otherwise the title cannot be considered valid!

Stradibus
The dial-a-ride service for the local area
Stradibus is the flexible reservation-based transportation service that brings public transportation closer to real needs.
From June, it will be possible to use Stradibus through the ArrivaClickIT app.
