The season tickets are personal, non-transferable and give the right to make an unlimited number of trips without time limitations.

Urban, urban area and integrated urban area passes
7-day weekly pass
The weekly pass allows the use of an unlimited number of trips from Monday to Sunday, limited to the week of validation. It must be accompanied by an identification card, the number of which must be shown on the pass.
Monthly pass
The monthly pass allows the use of an unlimited number of trips from the first to the last day of the validation month, without limitations of days and times. It must be accompanied by an identification card, the number of which must be shown on the pass.
Student 360 yearly pass
The annual student pass allows the use of an unlimited number of trips, without limitations on days and times; it is valid for twelve months, from 1 September to 31 August of the following year.
360 yearly pass
The 360 annual subscription allows the use of an unlimited number of trips, without limitations of days and times. The subscription is valid for twelve consecutive months from the date of issue indicated on the title page of the document. It can be issued at any time of the year and must be accompanied by an identification card, the number of which must be shown on the subscription.
90 center pass
The quarterly subscription offers the same features as the monthly subscription, except for the quarterly validity. It is issued to workers whose jobs are located in the Municipality of Cremona. It must be accompanied by an identification card, the number of which must be shown on the pass.
Available only for the Urban service.
90 silver pass
The 90 silver quarterly subscription offers the same features as the monthly subscription, except for the quarterly validity. It is issued to people over 65. It must be accompanied by an identification card, the number of which must be shown on the pass.
Available only for the Urban service.

Extra-urban pass
Weekly pass
The weekly pass is valid for 7 days from Monday to Sunday, for an unlimited number of trips on all days of the week including holidays on the route indicated on the identification card.
Monthly pass
The monthly pass is valid for one calendar month, from the first to the last day of the month, for an unlimited number of trips on all days of the week including holidays on the route indicated on the identification card.
Integrated monthly subscription
For routes having origin or destination the city of Cremona, the monthly season ticket is of the integrated type, valid on the chosen suburban route and on Urban services.
The ordinary integrated monthly season ticket must be accompanied by the identification card, the number and month of validity of which must be indicated on the season ticket by the retailer.
Yearly pass
The annual pass is valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of issue, for an unlimited number of trips on all days of the week on the route indicated on the identification card.
Integrated ordinary annual subscription
The ordinary annual season ticket is valid for twelve months from the month of issue. As with monthly integrated passes, it is personal and non-transferable and allows unlimited travel on the chosen suburban route and Urban services without day and time restrictions.
Students yearly pass
The annual student pass is valid for 12 consecutive months, from 01/09 to 31/08 of the following year, for an unlimited number of trips every day of the week on the route indicated on the pass.
Integrated student annual season ticket
The integrated annual student season ticket is valid from September 1 to August 31. As with the monthly and annual integrated passes, it is personal and non-transferable and allows unlimited travel on the chosen suburban route, on Urban services with no day or time restrictions.
On the Extraurban lines, urban traffic is prohibited (up/down in Cremona).

Frequently asked questions
How can I request a refund of the subscription?
The reimbursement of the season ticket is recognized before its expiration upon request by the user, using the subscription refund form, to be presented at the company branch in Cremona in Via Postumia 102, simultaneously returning the travel document:
- for annuals to the extent of 90% of the amount relating to the entire months following the one in which it is returned (excluding June, July and August for student annuals);
- for monthly payments to the extent of 90% of the amount relating to the full days following the one in which it is returned;
- for weeklies in the amount of 90% of the remaining full days following the one in which it is returned or alternatively, the week of validity is changed. In both cases, the refund must be requested by 12.00 on Monday.
In the case of a subscription loaded on the Arriva MyPay app, the refund request can be made via the Contact form by entering the following data in the message:
Name and Surname of the subscription holder – Email – Card number – Type of subscription – Beginning and end of validity of the subscription.
How can I request a duplicate of the pass?
The duplicate pass is issued upon request by the user, using the Duplicate Subscription Form, to be presented at the company headquarters in Via della Pergola 2 in Lecco, simultaneously delivering the report of theft and loss issued by the carabinieri:
- for the annual subscription, the reissue of the card is free
- for the identification card, the reissue of the card is free
We remind you that in case of theft or loss of monthly and weekly passes, it is not possible to issue a duplicate.
Are the IVOP and IVOL qualifications valid on Arriva vehicles?
Yes, the IVOP and IVOL passes are also valid on Arriva vehicles that perform scheduled public transport services, with the exception of vehicles that perform tourist services (eg. Sea Lines) for which it is necessary to have a suitable travel document valid for the specific path.
Can I purchase travel tickets and season tickets by paying by credit card or debit card?
At the Cremona counter and via the Arriva my Pay App you can buy all the travel tickets available by paying by credit card or debit card. The retailers of Arriva travel tickets are not obliged to accept payment via pos.
How is the subscription checked on the device?
The season ticket must be shown to the driver when boarding the bus and in case of verification by the controllers. The subscription can be found in the Arriva MyPay application -> your titles -> by clicking on your subscription.
Can I receive a tax receipt following the purchase of the subscription?
The paper travel document fulfills the obligation of issuing the tax receipt for this reason the company does not issue any further tax documentation. In the case of purchased travel tickets, however, it is possible to download the summary of the tickets purchased.
